Brian Horsler Course 2018
The main aim of this course is to give a better understanding of the role of uki and how ukemi is part of the technique. We will be concentrating on ukemi basics, and then on to the application of certain breakfalls within certain techniques.
This is an ideal course for all grades to attend. I would definately recommend all lower kyu grades to attend and to make it their first course. This is an important part of our training regime, and also the most discussed!
It will also be an ideal time to "meet and greet" others within our organisation.
As an encouragement, the KSK are subsiding the course fees, and so it will be free for all those who attend.
