On March 9th, 2008 the first Libertas course was held in Aosta. Representing KSK were Vince Sumpter (as BAB Chairman), Roy Chandler and myself. Clubs from Milan, Turin, Sardinia and Aosta attended the course and all enjoyed the instruction from from KSK instructors.

Sensie Raffaele Foti organised the whole event and we all now hope for more future combined organisation courses in Aosta under the Libertas programme.

The whole day from registration at 9.30a.m. to the finish at 5.30p.m. (with a break for a light Italian lunch!) was a good shared experience of all Aikidoka just enjoying their Aikido.

Acknowledgement and praise should be given to Sensei Raffaele and all the Yomi Shin Tai members for the excellent work and organisation of this event.
